The Spring Series of the Brandenburg Choral Festival of London 2016 continues with this exciting concert of contemporary music featuring the Choir of Selwyn College Cambridge, Onyx Brass and organist Simon Hogan conducted by Michael Bawtree. This concert is presented in association with JAM (John Armitage Memorial) and will feature its 2015 commission Thea Musgrave’s The Voices of our Ancestors, a 30-minute work for chorus and ensemble. The programme will also include the 2006 commission by Judith Bingham, and pieces from JAM’s recent Call for Music.
