If you are the Main Contact for a Promoter Account with concert-diary.com your name will be shown to any user attempting to create a Promoter Account with the same or similar name. This is to allow members of an organisation to identify who is currently the Main Contact for a Promoter Account.
Your personal details will only be available to the owners and employees of Concert Diary Limited, contractors appointed by Concert Diary Ltd and other members of any Promoter Account that you have agreed to administer. Your personal details will not be used for any purpose other than the management and development of Concert Diary Ltd.
How we safeguard your information.

Updating your details.
If any of the information that you have provided to Concert Diary Limited changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or physical address you may sign into your account to make the relevant changes.
Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy.
