  1. Requiem (1893 version) Op 48 - Gabriel Fauré

Sublime and moving throughout, Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem in D minor, Op 48, is one of the most famous of all choral pieces. We are excited to have the opportunity to learn and sing this glorious piece and hope you will come and sing with us. It will be a sensational day and if you opt to join City Chorus, the cost will be refunded from your first subscription. There is a link on the London City Chorus website to help you prepare for the day.

St Botolph's is a beautiful venue in the City of London, near Liverpool Street station. Registration will begin at 10.45am in the hall, not the church. Please make payment in cash. The workshop will start at 11am. Tea and coffee will be provided for morning and afternoon breaks. Lunch will be 1pm to 1.45. We will finish at 4pm after completing a performance of the Requiem.
