The renowned European Union Chamber Orchestra's programme opens with Grieg’s ever-popular Holberg Suite, and includes the fourth of Mozart’s five concertos for violin, written when the composer was 19. Esteemed violinist Tasmin Little joins the orchestra as soloist whilst Jane Wells’s new work incorporates solo roles for young virtuosos alongside the orchestra’s members. The programme ends with Haydn’s playful symphony.
