Inaugural concert of the Weoley Hill Music Festival in Selly Oak, Birmingham. The programme, which is intended to appeal to both young and old, will feature dance music through the ages by various composers, and will last approximately an hour. Lght refreshments will be provided afterwards, when the audience may like to meet informally with the performers.

The Weoley Hill Music Festival is a new venture, set up by the Weoley Hill Community Choir, with support from Bournville Village Trust (Vision Funding). It is presented in association with Acorns Children's Hospice in Selly Oak, and donations will be invited towards this very deserving local charity. The Festival will continue in the first two weekends of July, with various events at Weoley Hill Church and Northfield Manor Primary School.
