Two world-renowned singers join Oxford Lieder’s artistic director for a complete performance of Schumann’s great song cycle Myrthen. In 1840, Robert Schumann was finally able to marry his beloved Clara and this was cycle was his wedding present to her. It contains many of Schumann’s finest and best-loved songs.
