John Taylor's new group

The collaboration between Diana Torto and John Taylor, born ten years ago, has gradually developed to a perfect balance where the blend of both artists and music is beautifully defined. The invitation to extend the duo to a trio, asking leading British saxophonist Julian Siegel to join them in a new band, was made naturally by John after a few recent concerts together. The main feature of their music-making is the incredibly sensitive and responsive interplay where each single nuance creates a new episode in their musical kaleidoscope. The repertoire is based on John Taylor’s arrangements of Paul McCartney songs, together with his own compositions and those of other contemporary composers.
