Handel Messiah

Semi-staged and with chorus and soloists singing entirely from memory, we hope this performance will offer new insights and bring the audience to the edge of their seats as the dramatic narrative unfolds.
The huge emotional range of the piece will be enhaced by costumed soloists using dramatic gesture and movement. In seeking to re-create know performance practice, we are proud to be accompanied by the excellent baroque orchestra Music for Awhile, led by Margaret Faultless, a violinist of international repute.
