Pulling together music from three publications spanning over 350 years the programme includes pieces from The Triumphs of Oriana published in 1601 in honour of Queen Elizabeth I, Choral Songs in Honour of Queen Victoria (1899) and A Garland for the Queen (1953) commissioned by the Arts Council to celebrate the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.
