  3. Requiem Mass in D minor - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Choir 2000's summer concert combines pieces by Mendelssohn and Mozart.

From Mendelssohn, his less well-known setting of Psalm 114 for double chorus and orchestra ("When Israel out of Egypt came") is paired with movements from the better known "Midsummer night's dream" music.

From Mozart, his late Requiem, unfinished at the time of his death, but completed by his colleague Suessmayr.
