This is the first of three concerts celebrating the Banbury Choral Society's 70th anniversary. It also happens to be a celebration of HM The Queen Diamond Jubilee and of course the year of the Olympics.

Four truly beautiful & exciting pieces of baroque music with the added splendour of the neo-classical St Mary's Church in the heart of Banbury.

The Akeman Baroque Ensemble, will be playing on period instruments, along with choir members with very highly talented soloists singing with the superb acoustics of St Mary's Church, promises to be truly stunning performance - enjoy !
