Starting this autumn and continuing through 2018 and beyond, we’ll be featuring classical, world, jazz and folk musicians in concerts and workshops, inspired by the remarkable diversity of stringed instruments played across the globe.

“…music for balmy nights, cool drinks, a tropical greeting from Sugar Loaf Mountain.”

Banish the early winter gloom and luxuriate in arrangements of classic songs by legendary Brazilian composers Caetano Veloso, Antônio Carlos Jobim, Marisa Monte and Zequinha de Abreu played by a stellar quartet of soloists.

This project was devised by internationally renowned violinist Viktoria Mullova who, in the words of The Guardian, brings “dancing virtuosity” to music that is “as dazzling as the sights and sounds of Brazil.”

All ticket holders are invited to stay on for an informal Q&A session with Viktoria Mullova after the concert.
