We are thrilled to welcome these two incomparable stars of the song world to open this year's Oxford Lieder Festival. They begin with an all-Schubert first half, appropriately picking up from where we left off in 2014 with 'The Schubert Project'. Their selection of songs includes such favourites as Die Junge Nonne and some of Schubert's settings of Sir Walter Scott, including Ave Maria! They also perform works by Brahms and Wolf in this unmissable evening.
