Britten Sinfonia | Thomas Adès

When the brilliant and intense British composer, conductor and pianist Thomas Adès is on stage, a concert of his own music becomes a major event. Hear him explore his extraordinary soundscapes – now profoundly emotional, now wry and sardonic, now exquisite – with the help of Britten Sinfonia, and be awed by the charismatic performance of violinist Pekka Kuusisto (‘the most engaging maverick in classical music today’ The Times).
