The Glasgow Chamber choir is 20 years old, and to celebrate we’re going on a choral marathon! We’ll be popping up at venues across the city on 7 and 8 June to perform some of our favourite music, as well as a selection of brand new pieces.

With 2014 a landmark year for Glasgow, as well as the Glasgow Chamber Choir, we’ve commissioned some of Scotland’s leading composers and some exciting new voices to create new choral works that celebrate our home city and the role that it plays in the Commonwealth.

Join us at one of our events – or plan your own choral marathon and make a weekend of it! All events are free, and we’ll perform a different selection from our repertoire at each venue.

Glasgow was built on the Clyde, and where better to celebrate our marathon and continue our birthday celebrations than the restored Clyde-built Glenlee.
