The most popular classical works in our classical pops concert- From Norway, with the Grieg Piano Concerto performed by Oxford Proms favourite Mami Shikimori. The Sheldonian Theatre is a great venue for this stunning performer.

Entente Cordiale - The best of England and France. The Lark Ascending and Fantasia on Greensleeves, plus Saint-Saëns's most famous cello solo 'Le Cygne' and Offenbach's overture to Orpheus in the Underworld which ends with the celebrated can-can.

Soloists are Edmund Jones, leader of the Oxford Proms Orchestra, and principal cellist Roz Gladstone.
