For the September concert the Saint James's Singers will be combining with the wonderful Fine Arts Brass to offer a programme of joyous music from the ages of two great Queens Elizabeth. The music will include works familiar and new - all with a royal connection. Many will know Parry's stirring anthem, 'I was glad' written for the coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. From that same service, the choir will also perform Vaughan Williams' lyrical O taste and see and Redford's beautiful Rejoice in the Lord, together with Handel's Zadok the Priest - a must for all royal occasions.

The reign of Queen Elizabeth I will be captured with lively Renaissance Dances from the Fine Arts Brass and choir and brass will join in performing four voluntaries by Thomas Tallis.

And to bring our royal connections right up to date, you will have a unique opportunity to enjoy again the sublime 'Ubi Caritas' written by Paul Mealor for the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton in 2011.
