Christian Forshaw’s Sanctuary Ensemble return to Bristol with a new programme from their latest disc “Songs of Solace”. Forshaw's music has been featured on BBC Radio 2, 3, 4 and Classic FM. His composition Remembrance was commissioned by the Department of Sport and Culture to be performed at the unveiling of the 7/7 memorial in Hyde Park and his latest album is dedicated to the victims of the London bombings.

Grace Davidson, soprano from The Sixteen soars over and between Christian's powerful saxophone solos, rich harmonic accompaniments from prize winning improviser Alex Mason and breathtaking marimba playing from Rob Farrer, from the Joby Talbot band.
