An uplifting programme of music for a summer afternoon will be played by Abbots Langley Orchestra. This "hidden gem" (Watford Observer) of an orchestra will be conducted by Scott Wilson.

Come and enjoy being transported to ancient Greece with Haydn's thoughtful overture, lulled and suprized by Wagner's beautiful expression of love for his family, and feel the Scottish atmosphere in Mendelssohn's joyful symphony. Performed in a beautiful historic setting with refreshements (including wine) during the interval and after the concert.

Scott will introduce the programme and provide listening points for the audience. So come along, be involved, be uplifted and be refreshed.
