Vladimir Klochko graduated from the Moscow Conservatoire with a masters degree. Currently he is professor of the European Academy of Music in Taiwan. Frequently invited to be a Juror in international competitions, as well as giving masterclasses across Europe & the Far East.

Vladimir is prize-winner and participant in several violin competitions, including National competition in Moscow and Paganini in Genoa, Italy. Charismatic and highly musical performer. His inspirational, emotionally intense playing attracts audiences in different parts of the world.

A virtuoso pianist Sergey Smirnov won 1st prize in Rachmaninov National competition, a finalist in Rachmaninov International competition in Moscow, special prize in Vladimir Horowitz competition in Ukraine. Performed more than 500 solo recitals around the world. Since 2005 Sergey has been professor of Concervatoire Slave de Musique in Paris.

The duo make their return to Oxford with a thrilling new programme.
