An engagingly eclectic mix of sacred and secular music that takes love as its theme, with Eriks Ešenvalds's mesmeric Stars, Kurt Weill setting Bertolt Brecht in a male voice chorus piece from their Berliner Requiem, Laura Mvula's own choral arrangement of her 2013 hit, Sing to the Moon, a mass dedicated to Our Lady from a 15th century Spanish royal chapel alongside music by Monteverdi, two 17th century Italian nuns, and contemporary composers Randall Stroope, and Stephen Paulus.
