  1. Messiah HWV 56 - George Frideric Handel

Begin the festive season in style with Handel’s choral masterpiece, Messiah. Established in 1921, the City of Birmingham Choir has now been thrilling audiences with great choral music for over 100 years. In the acoustically perfect surroundings of Birmingham’s Symphony Hall, this is an opportunity to enjoy choruses such as ‘For unto us a child is born’ and arias such as ‘I know that my redeemer liveth’ and of course, as is the tradition, stand up and join in with the ‘Hallelujah’ chorus.
