Based in London and born of the Royal Academy of Music, 221 Bones is a new quartet formed with an aim to introduce the versatility of the trombone to audiences. Individually, trombonists Felix Rockhill, Meggie Murphy, Samuel Dawes, and James Owen have performed with the English National Opera, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, and Ulster Orchestra, and competed in the BBC Young Musician Brass Final.
