Come and join City of Canterbury Chamber Choir and The Canterbury String Ensemble as we perform a shimmering programme of music for voices and strings on the theme of joy and light as we celebrate our 25th birthday as a choir!

Conducted by Peter Futcher with organist Ed Kemp-Luck, the concert features Vivaldi's Gloria and Ola Gjeilo's Sunrise Mass for choir and strings, a new arrangement of Ravel's Pavane pour un infante defunte for strings, horn and voices plus Karl Jenkins's Palladio played by the string ensemble led by the amazing Flo Peycelon.

There will be a retiring collection for Team Malawi, an educational charity founded by Richard Barton, previosuly Head of King's Junior School, Canterbury. Team Malawi is committed to working in partnership with Malawians to transform the prospects of the next generation by providing teaching resources, bursaries and skills training.
