Reylon is a genre-fluid yangqin player and 2020 City Music Foundation Artist who matches virtuosity with versatility. On 11th February, he will bring to St Martin’s a rare programme of traditional, contemporary and original Chinese music that showcases the richness of their instrument. The yangqin, or Chinese hammered dulcimer, is a percussive string instrument with an iridescent musical sustain.
