Aged 25, Benjamin Grosvenor is already at home on the great concert platforms of the world, having reached the finals of BBC Young Musician at just eleven years of age. Acclaimed for his ‘brilliant yet clear-minded’ musicianship, Benjamin flanks his recital with two pillars of the keyboard repertoire by Bach and Ravel, which enclose Brahms’s poignantly melancholic Op 119 pieces interleaved with Brett Dean’s affectionate homage to both the man and his music.
