  1. Acis and Galatea HWV49b - George Frideric Handel

The Cambridge University Collegium Musicum, the University's period instrument ensemble directed by Margaret Faultless, come together with members of the Chamber Choir for this semi-staged showing of Handel's Acis and Galatea, considered by some the greatest pastoral opera ever composed, in celebration of the 300th anniversary of its first performance. We are very grateful to the University of Cambridge for giving permission to perform in the historic Senate House building.
