Overgate Hospice Choir present French Connection

Two works by Gabriel Fauré, Requiem and Cantique de Jean Racine, form the corner-stones in this special programme of music drawn, in the main, from the pens of French born composers. The Choristers of Halifax Minster will be joining the choir who will be accompanied by the principals of the National Festival Orchestra and Alan Horsey on the organ. Harpist Angelina Warburton and baritone Quentin Brown are special guests at the concert which is conducted by Dr Simon Lindley.
