Join the Godwine Choir for an evening of sparkling Christmas carols, mulled wine and mince pies.

Starting in darkness, this atmospheric concert charts the story of Advent and Christmas, featuring traditional favourites alongside little-heard carols by Howells and Britten.

Make sure you bring your best singing voice for the rousing audience carols, sure to raise the roof in the resonant acoustic of St. Botolph-without-Bishopsgate.

We recommend you reserve in advance here to guarantee a good seat

The Godwine Choir was founded in 2014 by graduates from Cambridge University and has quickly established itself as one of London’s most dynamic and versatile chamber choirs. Recent performances have included a tour of Belgium, with concerts at Brussels Cathedral and St. Bavo Cathedral, as well as an acclaimed Remembrance concert at Sherborne Abbey. In July, the choir reached the National Selection stage for Choir of the Year and were previously selected to perform the world premiere of a new carol commissioned by the Financial Times, 'Christmas Bells'.
