A weird and wonderful journey through the beautiful and bizarre world of Arnold Schoenberg’s Pierrot Lunaire. This programme interweaves the original movements of Pierrot with works by composers who influenced Schoenberg, illuminating the musical inspirations that gave rise to this unforgettable masterpiece.
Based in London, Alluna was founded in 2013 by a group of performers from the celebrated Park Lane Group Young Artists scheme. Each member of the ensemble is an experienced soloist, and is particularly passionate about bringing an originality and dramatic intensity to each performance.
