Winner of the Wilfred Hambleton Competition 2017/2018, Hong Kong-born clarinetist Hugo Lau is currently pursuing his Postgraduate Advanced Diploma at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, under the tutelage of Michael Whight and Joan Enric Lluna. He received his Master of Music in Performance at Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.
Hugo is an active orchestral player and has appeared in concerts at the Asia Pacific Band Festival and International Band Fair. He has collaborated with internationally acclaimed conductors, including Sir Mark Elder and Jac van Steen. He had the opportunity to perform in major venues like the Barbican Hall, Kings Place and Hong Kong Cultural Centre. Hugo is currently the principal clarinetist of the New Hong Kong Orchestra and the bass clarinetist of the Young Musician Symphony Orchester. He has performed in masterclasses with Yehuda Gilad and Nathan Williams.

Since coming to the UK, Indonesian-born pianist Imma Setiadi has performed in prestigious venues across the UK both as a soloist and chamber musician.
She recently completed her Doctorate at the Royal College of Music and previously gained her Master Degree with Distinction from the RCM with Nigel Clayton and her Bachelor degree (first class) from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory in Singapore where she studied with Albert Tiu. In 2015/2016 she was selected as the Gilbert and Eileen Edgar Junior Fellow in Piano Accompaniment at the RCM and young artist for the Park Lane Group. She won the Beethoven Piano Society of Europe Concerto Competition 2016 She is currently one of the young artists for the Manchester Mid-Day Concerts Society, and a Junior Fellow in Piano Accompaniment at Trinity Laban.
