Modulus Quartet is a London based ensemble specialising in performing and promoting original string quartet repertoire written in close collaboration with a number of international composers. The quartet also collaborates with visual artists and lighting designers to create a visual spectacle to accompany the music. Their launch concert in 2016 was performed in the stunning underground location at the Brunel Museum, London
The quartet returns to the Thames Tunnel Shaft at the Brunel Museum and will feature tracks from the debut album 12 Seconds of Light plus new works by South African composer Eliot Lloyd Short, British composer Roger May, Finnish composer Veera Lummi (world premiere) and award-winning Australian composer Connor D’Netto (UK premiere).
