Leading British recitalist, Simon Johnson, organist of St Paul's Cathedral in London, comes to Reading to perform on the Town Hall organ. His varied career has included performances for the Grammy award-winning soundtrack for The Grand Budapest Hotel. The programme includes a favourite march, witty gems by Percy Whitlock and the staggering virtuosity of Bonnet's Concert Variations, with its breath-taking cadenza for feet alone.
