Christian Gerhaher and Gerold Huber need little introduction as one of the world's leading song duos. Their concerts and recordings are universally hailed for their profound insight and thrilling musicianship and we are delighted to welcome them to Oxford forthe first time. Their programme tonight includes Schumann's Kerner Lieder, one of his most popular cycles from the 'annus mirabilis' of 1840, as well as Antonín Dvorák's profound Biblical Songs.
