The Mozart Symphony Orchestra, one of London's most vibrant and thrilling ensembles, presents an evening of English masterpieces. Vaughan Williams's highly descriptive The Lark Ascending and Elgar's elegaic Celo Concerto both need no introduction, but Stuart Jones's Romantic Symphony in F is undeservedly less well known.

Two rising stars from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Amarins Wierdsma and Daniel Benn provide the solos and Philip Mackenzie conducts.
