Following a triumphant performance of Carmina Burana last autumn at Blackheath Halls, exciting British conductor Dominic Peckham returns to lead Trinity Laban’s Chorus and Ensemble in another celebrated piece from the choral repertoire. With its distinctive melodies and rhythms, Vivaldi’s most famous choral piece, Gloria in D, is a sacred work full of exuberance and joy. Two a capella pieces and Toby Young’s 2014 choral work Love and Harmony complete the programme.
