As the climax of Cheltenham Symphony Orchestra's 2015 Cheltenham Series, the CSO - Cheltenham's Symphony Orchestra - is joined by the internationally acclaimed pianist, Peter Donohoe who will play the Brahms 2nd concerto, a masterpiece of the first order. The concert opens with Verdi’s overture to the Force of Destiny and in the second half the orchestra will perform the 5th Symphony of Shostakovitch. Drama, destiny and unadulterated beauty – not to be missed.
