Sarah, aged seventeen, is from Leeds and has played the flute since she was ten, winning the Kirklees Young Musician of the Year 2008. She achieved distinctions in every grade by the age of thirteen and recently completed dip.ABRSM and LRSM with distinction. Jian is seventeen, was born in Shanghai and started playing the violin at the age of four. In 2008 he participated in the Menuhin Competition in Cardiff and was awarded the MBF Manoug Parikian Award. Born in Edinburgh in 1997, Yuanfan started playing the piano when he was six. He passed Grade 8 with distinction at the age of eight and DipABRSM when he was ten. In 2008 he played at the BBC Radio 3 Pianothon at the Bridgewater Hall.
