The LMP has always championed young talent and tonight is no exception. At only 28, conductor Jakub Hrusa is a rising star. He was recently appointed Music Director of Glyndebourne on Tour. The LMP is looking forward to welcome this exceptional musician to Fairfield in a programme which opens with Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony. Violinist David Lefèvre performs Mendelssohn’s terrific and ever-popular Violin Concerto and this exciting evening concludes with Mozart’s atmospheric final symphony Jupiter.
