Southampton University Sinfonietta will be performing an exciting programme of music in their next concert on 14th March at Turners Sims, Southampton. The concert will be conducted by professional conductor, Andrew Morley and assistant conductor, Adam Crane.

The concert kicks off with the cheeky, light-hearted L’Italiana in Alegri Overture by Rossini followed by some beautiful, elegant ballet music from Rosamunde by Schubert. The concert flurries into action again in the second half with an exciting favourite by Mozart – the brilliant Marriage of Figaro overture. To end the evening, Sinfonietta will be performing one of the greatest works ever written – the incredible Eroica Symphony by Beethoven.
