Born in Romania in 1985, Alexandra graduated from RNCM with fi rst class honours in 2008. Last autumn she commenced her MA at the Guildhall School with a full scholarship. She made her UK debut in 2006 at Bridgewater Hall with the RNCM Chamber Orchestra, conducted by André de Ridder and broadcast live on BBC Radio 3. Her recital work has included appearances at Bridgewater Hall, Bishopsgate Hall and with violinist Alina Ibragimova in London.
