Steffan Rees studied at the Royal College of Music and was a founder member of the Vardanyan String Quartet also performing with renowned figures such as the Chilingirian Quartet and Melvyn Tan. He has appeared in major festivals across Europe, including the Lake District Summer Music Festival and the Trondheim International Music Festival. He now plays with the Zalas Players and the Randolph Piano Trio.
Mikako Sugamura was a finalist of the International Beethoven Piano Competition (1999) and was nominated The most talented musician of the year in the Mid-Somerset Festival (2000). She studied at the Royal College of Music and is currently a Masters student at Trinity College of Music as a TCL scholar. A keen chamber musician, she is a founding member of the Proust Piano Trio.
