  4. Venetian Suite Op 18 - Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari
  5. Concert Piece in D minor, for 2 clarinets and orchestra Op 114 - Felix Mendelssohn
  6. Symphony No 4 in A, 'Italian' Op 90 - Felix Mendelssohn

A journey south, for a first half of Italian delights, including the sumptuous Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana.
These are followed by Mendelssohn’s 4th Symphony, inspired by his travels in Italy which he visited as a young man. There is more romantic music at the concert on July 13th, this time by Brahms and Bruckner.

Doors open at 7pm and interval refreshments are available. Access by lift for this concert is through the Car Park Entrance.
