Giuliano Carmignola, Italy’s finest violinist and a long-time friend of the AAM, brings his unique style and virtuosic playing to a programme which explores the contrasting approaches of the Italian and French schools of violin writing at the height of the baroque period, focusing on the works of Vivaldi and Leclair.
