The UMS Brass Band join forces with the Midlands Championship section band, Sovereign Brass, for a performance of some of the most popular Brass Band music ever written, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the hit British film Brassed Off!

Whether you are new to the world of brass bands or something of an aficionado, you are sure to enjoy this light-hearted evening. With marches including Death or Glory, and Colonel Bogey, the haunting Flugelhorn solo En Aranjuez con Tu Amor, plus classics such as Floral Dance, Danny Boy and William Tell Overture, the only thing missing are the miners helmets!
