English Chamber Orchestra

G Live’s Main Hall has been designed and built with particular sensitivity to the venue’s natural acoustics, which, together with its state-of-the-art electronic acoustics, will provide orchestral concert audiences with an aural experience equal to that of the world’s finest concert halls.

For 50 years the English Chamber Orchestra has been at the forefront of British musical life. We are very pleased to welcome them to G Live as they play a mixed concert of Bach, Elgar and Vivaldi. In the second half we will hear the wonderful orchestral textures that have made Vivaldi’s Four Seasons perhaps one of the more popular pieces of music in his entire repertoire.
