Grand Viennese St Valentine Ball

Celebrate this most romantic of dates in great style with Oxford Philomusica. The grandeur and glamour of the great Viennese balls of the past will be recreated in Oxford's Victorian ballroom. The evening will start - of course - with a champagne reception, followed by a sumptuous banquet accompanied by exquisite Viennese chamber music, before the full 40-piece orchestra takes to the stage, led by the incomparably witty and charming maestro John Georgiadis. Dance to waltzes, polkas and quadrilles from the Strauss family, or simply soak up the atmosphere of this unique occasion.
