Join us for a whistle-stop tour of serious and comic opera, early and contemporary musical periods and a range of stage music styles from baroque to Broadway.

Works to include:
Overture to Mozart's Don Giovanni, Mascagni's Easter hymn, Verdi's Witches' chorus, Beethoven's Prisoners' chorus, Mussorgsky's the coronation scene from Boris Godunov as well as excerpts from Purcell's King Arthur, Bernstein's Candide and Gilbert and Sullivan's scintillating Iolanthe.

We shall be joined by pianist Simon Haynes and mezzo-soprano Lynette Alcantara.
