An enchanting evening of song from a new vocal ensemble, Philomel.

Philomel presents six beautiful soprano voices accompanied by harpsichord and theorbo, performing exquisite works from the Renaissance alongside four unaccompanied songs newly composed for the group.

This concert follows from our hugely succesful debut in the Brunel Shaft, Rotherhithe, which audience members described as “More a work of art than concert…”, saying “I was transported from beginning to end…”
