A highlight of the Royal Tunbridge Wells International Music Festival with an opportunity to meet members of the Schubert Ensemble after the concert. One of the last-ever appearances by one of the world's finest ensembles for piano and strings. After three decades in the global spotlight the Ensemble's musicians have decided to retire in the New Year. The Ensemble has chosen a fascinating finale programme for us which promises to be a wonderful event in the atmospheric 17th century King Charles the Martyr.

Part of the 14th Royal Tunbridge Wells International Music Festival which also includes a free piano recital by the "instantly engaging"(Times) Michael McHale, Verdi's Requiem, Arensky Chamber Orchestra workshops, Dame Sarah Connolly and the Royal Tunbridge Wells Symphony Orchestra, An Evening with Victoria Hislop and a piano masterclass.
